I have been an active real estate agent in the state of Virginia since 2005 and have sold houses in 30 different zip codes from Old Town Alexandria to Harrisonburg to Colonial Beach. I specialize in residential sales and rentals. I am a proud dad to 2 wonderful daughters and have lived in Fairfax County for most of my life. I attended Thomas Jefferson High School in Alexandria, and currently live in Springfield, VA.

Buyers have no out of pocket for my services, as I accept only commissions that the sellers brokerage offers to the selling agent. 

For Sellers: I offer 4.5% total commissions and provide "Full Service!"

I use social media and all means of search engines that provide home listings for the public I provide a market analysis, contract negotiations and execution. I will have great online presentation of the property with pictures and remarks about the home that will drive buyers into a "must see" scenario.
